Sir,
what is the procedure of protection for newly marriage couple from
Delhi high court and how much time consume for that.pl advise

you approach the local police station or the commissioner of police to help you. if they not given any help then file a criminal direction petition before the Delhi High court to direct the police officials to give protection against the threatening persons.

It will be Writ for direction upon the Police to function its duty properly.
The Writ would be of the nature of Mandamus.
Before filing Writ lodging complaint with the Police is mandatory.

it could be either in the form of a WRIT or under S. 482 Cr.P.C

but prior to making any such petition just ensure a proper representation/ complaint is given to the police.
