What is the procedure of preparation of Varas takta & insertion of legal heirs name on property card after the death of the Mother / Father if he / she died without making will.

First you have to obtain the survivors certificate from the concerned Tahasildar and after that you have to file an application before the concerned CTS authorities to enter the names of legal heirs to the property.
