Yes for partition make a deed by mutual agreement and get it registered. That is OK.

Mr.jsdn.. Already i told you that this is not a social network just like others. Am i short temper? Then nice to hear your comment.. If i not question this mean then who will? If any one post query as anonymus without reason, or just like commoned to answer him, i will question about the same. . Another one thing, that am not a cheated like you, who will change his name by weekly once. Since august 13, 2010 am here as tom only. Just you clear your self.
