WHAT IS A PROCEDURE OF PROBATE A WILL & WHICH DOCUMENT IS REQUIREMENT.AND WHAT IS A PROCEDURE.

You have to apply with a Petition for granting of Probate before the Probate Court with the copy of original WILL annexed and with the verification & affidavit of aleast one witness mentioned in the WILL.

Unless you are executor appointed in the will no probate would be granted to you.

And to tell all you have asked,one would need to write a book.

Probate is a matter governed by the Indian Succession Act 1925,and law regarding probate is found in Chapter I: Of Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration(sections 218 to 236.A).Please afford to read them on your own.
