Whether a woman insist to file a complaint, whether it is necessary to get report from protection officer of women and child well fair department ?

what is the effect of a complainant if her allegations in her petition are not standng to the test of cross examination ?

Whether such a women can immediatly get the custody of child before her petition is decided ?

what are the facts of your case?

If allegations are falsified in cross-examination then the complaint shall stand dismissed and child custody cannot be provided under this Act to mother if the child is already under the custody of his father.
