Sir I am.daily wages workers of film industry and we have vendor.contracting with the producers and.providing work to all of us basically we are trade union workers working with contractor of the industry
Now i.want to know whether our name is mandatory in mustur roll book or.not and.who will prepare that mustur roll book it's contractor or producer
And is mustur roll book can be ask under RTI

No sir it belongs to film industry and contractor is appointed by producers and contractor take responsibility to pay workers there wages and charges percentage commission towards its services to the producers
But now contractor is using outsiders worker and taking profits of 600 to 700 per person in result Union workers are not getting work because of profit.margin of the outsider workers

There's no regular practice being followed by the contractor.
The film industry will not be worried about what happens between the contractor and his workers.
The interference of union if allowed will hamper the functioning of the industry and the producers may have to suffer loss of money, time and energy.
If you are not a regular and permanent employee you cannot fight for any rights.

Is the trade union duly recognized? So also, what is the status of the Contractor- is he registered under the relevant law?
