Pre emi can be part of total flat cost for sell

Hi,
I have one doubt that If i want to sold my flat then can i consider my preEMI as part of total Selling cost.

you mean to say interest paid by you to bank after sanction of loan and before disbursement . it would be part of your total cost for purchase of flat .
