hi we have property based in indapur taluka mangaon,district raigad,maharashtra and it is on the name of my father & his sister.as my fathers sister(residing at mumbai) wont be able to make it to mangaon for registration she is willing to give power of attorney to my father to make(execute) gift/relinquish deed alone so to make this attorny adjudication is necessary?

no sir its our personal case as my aunt wont be able to make it to mangoan actually my father did notary document in 1995 and gain rights for the property but he didnt proceed further to remove my aunt name from saat bara extract so pls help me
