What is the fate of a power of attorney if one of granter dies. Power of attorney was executed by four persons.

Quick Summary

A Power of Attorney (POA) executed by multiple individuals becomes invalid if any one of the grantors passes away. Even if only one principal dies, the POA is automatically cancelled and loses its legal standing. Therefore, any tasks assigned within the deed can no longer be legally performed.

It stands cancelled even if one of the principals/grantor/executor died.
It is no more legally valid to perform the tasks as assigned in the power deed

If any POA executed by two or more persons and one expires, the POA is automatically becomes invalid.
