Power of attorney

can it possible to registered irrevocable power of attorney cancelled? if yes so whats its procedure.

"irrevocable' means "can not be revoked or cancelled",no advise unless you attach the POA.

it depends upon the wordings of power of attorney . if irrevocable power of attorney is coupled with interest it cannot be cancelled According to section 202 of the Indian Contracts Act if the agent ahs an interest in the property that forms the subject matter of the agency sought to be created via the power of attorney in dispute the agency cannot be terminated to the prejudice of such an interest

Yes it can be revoked but without knowing your case in detail it could not be said just now as to how is to be made.

Irrevocable denotes permanent so there is no chance to revoke it.

The term "irrevocable" itself denotes that the POA canot be cancelled.
