i am piyush prakash. my wife always beats me and mentally harrasing me a lot. she dont want to live with me from our marriage and always told and pressured me that tell my father that you want to leave me otherwise i will destroy you and your family. but how can i... . i m helpless now she and her father telling that we are going to file false cases againgst you and your family like 498a and dv cases. i am not fearing about myself but please help me to save my family... i know my life is destroyed but...plzzz help me plzzz...

if your wife beats you lodge police complaint against her .

go for divorce by mutual consent . no sense in continuing a relation ship wherein wife does not want to stay with you

she was in affair with other person before our marriage n till now affair is going on. she talks to him after i sleep.. one day i caught him at 11.45 PM approx. and then she fight with me n now she talk with him and many other boys (Boyfriend's friend) infront of me.. n tell me always that mai baat krungi tumhare samne hi krungi jahan rahugi wahan se baat krungi tum kuch nahi kar sakte... actually her father is stenographer in civil court barh ,bihar aur wo sab isi sab ka fayda utha rhi h... her father called me yesterday n tell me that i m going to file a case againgst you and your family tum sab jail me sadoge.. now my mind is not working...how can i prove my truth...

aab jail nahi jaaoge . SC has held that in 498A cases no arrests to be made un necessarily . file for divorce

Shri Ajay Sethi has rightly quoted the latest instructions of the SC. No arrest without approval from the magistrate in such cases.

thnx v v much to all of uuu... i m v thankful .. now i m feeling relax for my family.. can i file a divorce .. i have recording of her b.f and her call record at one night... jisme usne usse shadi ki baat bhi ki hai aur bhi bohat kuch h... n i hv a question that if her family filed a domestic voilence case on me or family in this case what can i do .. m i safe with this proof.. n i have also a recording that her family tell her to falsely blame me that i beat her ... again thnx to all for your important time n reply

As suggested by experts, it is no use in continuing the married life with her anymore, if she is not interested in remaining with you, what makes you to hold her tight, better ask her to give MCD so that both of your lives will be peaceful atleast after this.
