Sir is there any law in India which gives which gives my mother equal rights in my deceased brother's property.

1.if property is ancestral

2.if my deceased brother's wife is alive
And with two daughters.

When your Mother obtains Equal Share in the Property of her husband and when she is not a dependent of the deceased brother what Right she could get in your deceased brother's share also.Also It is a REPEATED QUERY with a different Title.
