Please give me some info on my mom's grandfathers property

Hi,
This is Mahendran from Melmaruvatur and I am a disability guy using wheel chair. My mom having one younger sister and one younger brother. My mothers grandfather has property, now he is no more. Now the problem is my uncle(mother's brother) start to selling the property one by one but he is not ready to give any money to my mom or my mom's sister. Also she(my aunty) is not interest to ask. Can my mom file case against to my uncle? Please advice me.

Please tell the details about your mother's father and mother's mother. Are they alive? If not when did they pass away?
When did your mother's grand father passed away? What about your mother's grand mother?
What about your the children [the break up between son(s) and daughter(s)] of your mother's grand father?
These are minimum details. After knowing the above information, if any other information is needed that will be asked. Thereafter one will be in a position give a view on the matter.

Hi Sir,
My mother's father and mother are passed away. my grand father died before 30 years and my grandmother died before 40years.
there are one son and one daughter of my mothers grandfather. All the properties in the name of my mother grandfathers name.

Your mother and aunt cannot claim any share in the properties of your maternal grandparents.

YES your mother has got the right and she can file a suit in the court against your uncle and get the share in the property.
