Can a PIL be taken back after filing in a court? I have some information obtained through net that it can't be taken back?

u can withdraw ur petition....generally the courts permit.

With the permission of the Court, such withdrawal is normally possible.

Well, well. Yes, procedurally you can, but its a dangerous proposition as the Court may take up the issue on its own if it appears to the Court that the issues in PIL still subsist...depends highly on the Bench.
