Dear Sir
i m working with a limited company.bonus act 2015(Change)apply from april 2014,my salary 17750 Per Month.but company does not provide me Bonus.please suggest me.what to do

Write to Head-HR, appointing authority,MD under proper acknowledgment and demand reply in writing.

Whether the bonus to other employees has been paid?
Write to the employer for your claim.

If you are eligible for bonus under Bonus act and other employees have been given bonus leaving you out of the arena, yo may contest it by making a proper representation with acknowledgement with the top level management and can seek to redress your grievance.
