After filing a petition u/s482cr.p.c in high court can i file a revision petition in session court .?
after filing a petition under section 482cr.p.c in high court can i file a revision petition in session court .

1. is there is any bar i.e after seeking a remady u/s 482 i can not file a revision u/s 397.

3. is there is any law which i code in my support

You cannot invoke both the contradictory remedies at one and same time.

In 482, you might be claiming that no case is made out against you and on the other hand in revision, you might be claiming that you cannot be called in the case.

In one place you are saying no case made out and on the other hand you admit the case but find any lacuena therein. This is contradictory and this shall weaken your petition before HIgh Court.

Both the applications having been treated as Revisional application you can not file the both simultaneously one adter the disposal of 482 petition.
