Repayment will depend on the amount outstanding along with interest & PENAL INTERESTS & costs, therefore, it would be difficult to suggest what would the settlement amount would be. Since they have deducted the amount from your account, the loan is revived and the bank can initiate civil & CRIMINAL proceedings against you for evading repayment of the debt.

It is the gentelmanship to return the loan taken either from any person or a bank as undertaken. As you are now employer so negotiate with bank and try to pay lumsum amount or in EMI as per settlement.

The bank has the right to lein and debit the amout of the loan from your account .. meet the bank officials tell them your problem and ask for one time settlement or if not in good financial condition ask for some installments ..
