Collector or Judge of Labour Court ?

(2) If any one can help me to send format of Recovery (Attachment) Application for the Payment of Wagis Act.

1. Execution shall be made by the same court which passed the judgment.

Order passed BY Authority UNDER payment of Wages Act can be enforced by the same court/authority and amount can be recovered as per mandate of section 15(5) of the Act.
