Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 24 October 2025 This query is : Resolved
Good afternoon. I am Krishna from Hyderabad. I would like to seek your guidance on how to contest my case as a party-in-person, as I am currently unable to hire an advocate due to financial difficulties. Kindly let me know the procedure or any required format to proceed with this, and iam a law student

For what kind of case do you want a format? As you are a law student, you can ask your tutors about the subject you wish to. There are several prudent lawyers in Hyderabad, and request them.

You may contest / proceed as party in-person, no legal imbargo.
Join a law institute /college / university to impart training / coaching.

Even if you are not able to afford for a lawyer, being a law student you can approach any good local lawyer willing to assist you in this regard.

Which Court? Appearing party-in-person does not require no permission. However, Supreme Court and some High Courts have, off late, mandated such permission.
