Yes, a duly incorporated company has jural existence and it can be a partner of a partnership firm like any other person. A firm cannot become partner of another firm but a company can become partner of a firm. It is valid under the Indian Partnership Act.

Yes. It can become a partner in a partnership firm and there is no bar at all in this matter.
