hindu widow daughter in law(no child) can claim properties from mother in law.

Yes. She is in inheritance of her deceased husband. if any share would have gone in favour of her husband had he be alive then definitely she is entitled to inherit that same share. In the given case, a widow daughter in-law having no issue is entitled to inherit the property of her mother-in-law.
