Parking in co opearative housing society

Hello. Greetings!.
Respected Sir/madam.
I have 2parking in my society (legally mentioned in agreement) and have only 1 car.
Can I allow my guest who comes to meet me to park his car in my vaccant parking
Managing comitee is harassing and threatning to impose 5x penalty of my maintenenece.
Please help.

You are not supposed to allow guests for parking their vehicles. If the committee agrees you can.

You are at liberty to use both the parking places and it cannot be questioned.If harassed lodge complaint.

If both the parking spaces are allotted to you and you have documentary evidence to prove the same, you issue a legal notice to the association for their objection against you for using your own property and you can give a complaint agaisnt the association either before the registrar of cooperative societies or befor the consumer commission and seek relief and remedy for this
