Ownership of property on collectors land

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
Can there be joint owners of a plot on collectors land.
If yes, what is the procedure of changing the existing single owner's name to joint owners. Also, is there any role of the co-operative society in changing single owner to joint owner of plot on collectors land?

Only that person remain holder in whose name the land is given for specific purpose. There will be a condition in the order itself for not transferring the land to anybody.

Go through the sanad issued by Collecter,if it is mentioned that the right is untrasnferable then you cannot introduce the joint owner.
