Father died intestate in1990 and son got it's ownership by unfair means denying sisters their right in father property. What is the impact of Sept 2005 amendment on this case.

I agree with the experts sister(s) and brother(s) have equal right in their father's property.
However, as stated by you, that, "......son got it's ownership by unfair means denying sisters their right...."you did not disclose the "unfair means" , can you elaborate.
