IT IS QUITE UNSAFE TO ENTER IN SUCH DEALS JUST FOR SAVING STAMP DUTY.

NO TITLE FROM SUCH A DOCUMENT WOULD COME TO BUYER.

GPA AND WILL BOTH ARE REVOCABLE DEEDS DURING LIFE TIME OF THE OWNER .

A LOT OF LITIGATION MAY COME FORWARD FROM HEIRS AGAINST WILL.

ALL THIS MAY COST MORE THAN DUTY SAVED.

NOTHING BUT ONLY RISK COMES HOME FROM SUCH BUYS.
