Outrage of eunuch on birth of child

It is in vogue since long that a group of eunuch appears at home of new born baby to collect money from old grand father / mother . But maximum time they cross the limit of demand. If male child , their demand is very high , at least Rs. 10,000 & Rs. 5000/-for female child. If demand is not fulfilled , they start their nuisance activities and insult the old family members . By hook or by crook they will collect money . In our civic society their rough activities is not acceptable at all . My asking is whether there is any provision in Law to stop these forceful nuisance activities .

It was reported in written at local Police Station , police did not entertain . Moreover , they were mocking. Pl. advise , what is the next step.

These days complaints to can be filed through internet and FIR copy can be downloaded from site. So, if you find , the Police authority are not taking appropriate action to investigate into the complaint and nab the culprits, you can download all correspondence from internet and approach O/o the localPolice Commissioner for redressal of your grievance.
