Respected Sir

I HAVE MADE A COMPROMISE WITH BANK AND BANK ISSUE A OTS SANCTION LETTER GIVING 3 MONTHS TIME . I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT 83% AND ABOVE BUT ACCIDENTALLY MY FAMILY ILLNESS I HAVE TO ENGAGE WITH HER FOR 14 MONTHS AND ABOVE.

NOW I AM REQUESTING THE BANK PLEASE TAKE REST UNPAID 17% AMOUNT + WITH DELAY INTEREST AS CALCULATED. BUT THE BANK NOT READY .

PLZ ADVICE ME..

Hi
Technically OTS cannot be rescheduled.
however you can still speak to bankers on this and provide copies of medical documents etc to support your claim.
Banks are at liberty to accept this.

After receiving 83% of the outstanding, Bank may not agree to your request specially when the Bank is having solid grounds to decline.

Send the ban a representation of repayment of loan. if the bank remains non-committal or silent , file writ petition.
