Oral statement of complanint takent ground for rejecting bail

Dear Sir(s),

Kindly note that i studied the order of session court in which Judge taken ground of the statement of wife and her loved ones for rejecting my AB in 498a. as the final charge sheet filed by IO without any evidence and only stated of the wife statement and witness of her loved ones.other members already granted bail.

Kindly suggest that within what time from the date of session judge's order, i have to file anticipatory bail petition before the patana high court ?
