sir, small question ... for open car parking space can soceity take interest free deposits from members for allocation of open car parking space, if approved in AGM of the society...

society can frame guidelines for allotment of car parking slots . society can charge monthly parking fees . as far as interest free depsoit is concerned no such provison in bye laws
