Open Car Parking Sapce in Society

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Housing Society. Pl let me know what is the rule for allotment of Car Parking space in the society, and under what rule.

Our society has many residences that have more than one open car parking and some have Garages and open car parking. While others are without any parking space.

Can you advice on this please.

Better you study the bye-laws of the society in detail. Generally societies provide specific space to a specific person subject to payment of an agreed amount. It is possible that those persons who are consuming double car parking space, might have paid accordingly. Better obtain complete detail from your society office and other residents. It is the agreement which prevails.
