As me and my wife got register marriage last year based on the assurance given by them(wife prents) that the conventional marriage will be done soon (as it is a arrange one, got acceptance fron both the parents), now my wife parents are not ready for getting conventional marrriage saying that alredy leagally marriage is done, and they filed a false vakalth for nullity. But I am interesed to lead life with my wife, does court will cosider for nullity if even though I am interested to lead life with my wife.

Register marriage happned based on mutual understanding between me,wife and their parents.(their prents gave assurance that they wont disclose the matter to my parents), after 1 year my wife parents went to my parents and told all the matter, quarell started b/w them, now they filed a vakalath for nullity.

On what ground your wife has filed nullity of marriage. It is already regd., marriage why you want conventional marriage.
In my opinion the petition filed by your wife is not maintainable without any good grounds.

Now i dont require conventional marriage,
They filed a false vakalath, that me and my parents fored them to get register marriage because of dowry interest. so they want to nullify the marriage, as it a fraud.

Adv Rajeev is right to say, as there should be some ground to nullify the marriage which is legally registered marriage. The same is not maintainable and tenable in the eyes of law.

The marriage is valid. Enquire whether your wife has the same kind of feeling as U do.If the answer is yes,U need not worry, otherwise it is advisable that U agree to a nullity as otherwise, U stand to lose both wife & money by way of alimony.

As we finilised a mediation process, she is accepted to come with me based on condition, with a fixed deposite in her name an amount 2.5 lack, or else she is ready to nullify.Hw come based on their parents assurace I got register marriage,but nw they are demanding money.
I am still worried after comming , later a year if she files a case for other reason asking for maintainance.
