i would like to know as written in stamp paper NON JUDICIAL STAMP Paper, then how it can be used for Judicial Purpose.

it means it can be used for quasi judicial

purposes only viz, affidavit and bonds etc.

for judicial purposes only court fee is used.

Judicial stamp papers are different than non-judicial stamp papers. Non-judicial stamp papers cannot be used for the court work.
