Four Questions to be Answered?
Whether a person being SC/ST of one State can get benefit of reservation in Lok Sabha elections in different State?

Whether Election Commission of India can conduct elections ignoring the mandate of Section 33 (2) of R. P. Act, 1951 r/w Article 330 of the Constitution of India?

Whether non elector (outsider) in the Constituency (territorial Constituency) can contest election from the Constituency?

Whether the definition of elector u/s 2 (e) of R.P. Act 1951 be read with electoral right u/s 79 (d) of the Same Act?
