Nomination in bank locker

hello sir,

My father in law and mother in law had a bank locker in joint names(jointly operated).Now after his death we want locker to be in the name of my mother in law(single operated).And to avoid future complications can there be two nominees (her two sons)in this case.

Nominee is only excecute the work they can. But instead of nomination why ur brother in law being a second holder bcz he has blood relation too so with her wish she might ask his son to joint

Contact the bak where the locker is they know the terms on which they have offered locker.

Rightly said, Nominee is just custodian.

If there is no lack of trust, let one brother be the second holder of the locker.
