Father purchased property 10 years back in Bangalore and he want to sell his property now. He has one son (India) and one daughter (USA). Now we want to purchase this property and get NOC from his daughter.
Can you please NOC Format and process to complete the transaction smooth.

There's no necessity for him to obtain NOC from his children to sell his self acquired property.
Don't be misguided about such unnecessary things

Property purchased by father is his self acquired property and for sell of said property no any NOC is required from children and wife.

Yes. Your father purchased the property in his name; no one has a right over the property and no NOC/release deed is needed.
