No Co-operation from Hosuing Society Committee

Sir,

My society is in ruin condition. needs immediate repair. No co-operation is received from Committe. No meetings, no management of books of accounts.

What shall I do?

Dear Mistry,

You have not mentioned details as to where you hail from. Is the society registered or not. Action can be taken only if the society is registered by complaining to the Registrar.

Dear Mistry,

That if your society is registered one you can ask for the appointment of administrator and can also file the suit for rendition of accounts.
