1. as my adv was not well i myself has send NI 138 notice is this valid to file legal case in court

2. the NI notice has been sent thru Speed Post AD will court accept the same.

the chq for 75000/- got return on 1/9/2012 later my adv was ill so he could not send NI 138 notice to accused. so he informed me to send NI 138 notice as i am authorized signatory in our firm so the notice was sent from my end on firm letter head thru speed post. A/D
