it is fixed for 5 years . the rate of taxation needs to be multiplied by the capital value of the property to calculate the total property tax.

Great replies. I have broken my head with google. No where it is shown . Whatever reply I received is nothing more than what is in the news papers, vague as always. I understand that there are weightages to be taken into account, like type of construction,height of the building, floor of the flat, age of the building,open areas,etc.
