kindly provide us information whether according to new dc rules fungible free fsi how much can an occupant get in redevelopment of co.op.hsg.soc. from any developer.

depends upon your negotiaiting skills with developer. the agreement you sig n with developer . generally if you have a one bedroom flat you cna bargian for 2 bedroom flat . plus rental income for period of construction .
