HI,
I AM WORKING IN POSTAL DEPARTMENT,MY FATHER DIED DUE TO HEART ATTACK,HE IS WORKING IN ATOMIC DEPARTMENT,CAN I GET HIS JOB.

Yes, There can be a possibility of your employment in the Department where your father was employed, on compassionate ground subject to fulfilment of the Terms & Conditions of such appointment on compassionate ground. You may require to approach the concerned authority and submit your application in the prescribed format

Compassion ground is made to protect family from destitution. If you are in a Govt job, I dont think you can ask for another job on compassion basis as your right. Though you can try your luck, yet it will be rejected.

You are employed, that too, in Government service. As such, you are ineligible for compassionate appointment.

Dear queriest, being a central Government employee how can you expect for compassionate appointment? The deceased employee's family has no bread to live, then it is a provision to get job. so your application certainly be rejected.
