Nclt case and mca order

I had filed a complaint in MCA and also filed a case in NCLT against a company for fraud and forgery , the MCA has issued letter initiating proceedings under 206(4) against the company. should I withdraw the NCLT case?

I had filed a complaint in MCA & ROC and also filed a case in NCLT against a pvt ltd company for fraud and forgery, the ROC has replied to my RTI that MCA has issued order initiating proceedings under 206(4) against the company. should I withdraw the NCLT case?

No need for you to withdraw the case.Let it continue and it would be an additional strength to the case filed by ROC

Pls post with your ID and you can get many replies.............
Your ID can be anything e.g; you initials, initials with name of village/community/country/state etc etc
Similar query might have been discussed in many threads that you can ‘SEARCH’ in ‘SEARCH’
