name change of partnership firm

I want to know what is the procedure for name change of partnership firm. Do we need to make new partnership deed in this regard and apply again for registration

okay that means i have to make new partnership deed saying that (previous name firm) will run its business in the (new name and style)and others clauses will be the same.
