You contact the registrar of births to make correction in the birth certificate. Moreover SSLC certificate is the authentic one, you need not to worry

You can get another birth certificate on the basis of your educational certificate and affidavit.

NAME MARKES.W.FRANCIS MARCOS.W.FRANCES which one do you want to be. the other is not not corrcet should be corrected immediately. file an affidavit to the effect and get corrected the same.

First of all decided which one you want retain. Then you can do accordingly as suggested by the experts by approaching the authorities concerned.

Instead of getting new birth certificate you have to approach your reducavion board for correct your name in certificates as per the birth certificate. The first one may easy way. But its not genuine. Because you have to sworn as your birth didn't get register earlierly. You not allowed to lie even knowing the fact.

In the limited facts of the case disclosed in the query, it is understood that the Birth Certificate has been obtained at a later stage and that's why, the name recorded therein does not match with the educational crtificates & passport etc..
At this stage , the right approach is to swear an affidavit disclosing the correct name for onward production before O/o.the Registrar of Birth( who has issued the earlier one) for effecting necessary change on the body of the certificate issued earlier.
