My father's self acquired property i want to purchase

sir, My father was a live and his own self acquired property want to be sale any person. that property i want to be purchase with legal formality . If i was purchase that property my brother and any family member can be do claim and challenged on this transaction ? pl give your expert opinion.

1.your father is absolute owner of property, he have full right to dispose of, as he will.

2.you can purchase the same.

question: any family member can be do claim and challenged on this transaction ?

Answer: you can't stop them to do, but they can't do succeed, if they claim.

If the sale was done with a valid consideration, no body can challenge it.

If father is absolute owner of any property he can sale it to any body including his son an no family member or any legal heir of your father has any right to create any kind of interference there in.

How ever a caution must be always taken while entering these type of transactions of sale with nearest relation that consideration must not be paid in dubious way.Always a bank draft or cheque a/c payee or all paid before registrar ,so far as for as practicable, should be the mode of payment as this could be the only ground on which a transaction of this kind be tried to be assailed in any court of law in case a dispute emerges.
