My d.o.b is wrong printed in ssc or hsc certificate.

Hi this is priya My Real D.O.B is 12/02/1994 but in my SSC or HSC certificate its printed 07/07/1992. now i am studying in SYBCOM and now i want to change my Date of Birth in all certificates anyone please help me how can i change this.

You need to file a suit (civil case) for declaration & mandatory injunction, to declare your DOB and to change in the certificates. but you must have sufficient documents to prove your DOB as 12/02/94. Engage local Advocate.

If you have sufficient documents like as Birth Certificate issued by the Hospital authority,Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal authority then you should declare your original Date of birth by an Affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate.After affirming the said Affidavit you should submit to SSC and HSC authority for necessary change of your Date of Birth.

Priya,
SSC or Hsc Board will not change your date of Birth, whatever u may do.
make affidavit, through Local Advocate, and Publish in Govt Gazette,and submit to your college, and they will change your birthday, and it will appear in future Documents & certificate.
Every time, when dob is challenged, yo gave to produce these Govt Gazette and Affidavit,
That is all.
