My 498A wife took away my mothers & sisters gold

Hi All,
My wife left my home in dec-2009 (during her 9th month pregnancy). After that she doesn't turn back and during last month she registered 498A on all of my family members. By the time she left from my house she took all her sreedhan in addition to my mum's & siters gold too (we have reciepts for these purchases).
In FIR she haven't mentioned any thing related to Gold. My question is how can i fight to get back my family members gold?

You can file a counter case of criminal misappropriation of property and criminal breach of trust against her.

Kindly clarify me on the following:
1) If my wife/in-laws says that gold is part of sreedhan then showing the bills
named on my family members is enough as proof or any thing else is required ?
2) Before filing "criminal misappropriation of property and criminal breach of trust" should i lodge any complaint in near by police station ?
3) To file this counter case should i wait until charge sheet is prepared ?
4) This can be filed only under IPC 403 ?

Thanks to all experts, for your valuable suggestions & precious time spent.
I can ignore this gold if really i or my family members did any mistake in Matrimonial duties. We performed baby shower (actually her parents has to do this) during 9th month of her pregnancy. After that she haven't turn back and now they are demanding 50 Lakshs. They are egoistic and money oriented.
I'm missing my daughter (10 months old) who doesn't know what is happening in this world.
