(Querist) 27 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
a mahamadan governed by hanafi law of inheritance died leaving behind his wife five sons and one daughter.what are the shares of wife and each of the sons and daughter in the property left behind by the deceased.And how it is arrived at.

Wife(widow) will get 1/8th share.

Each of the five sons will get 7/44 and daughter will get 7/88.
