Motation of the house plots.

RESPECTED EXPERTS,
I AM HAVING HOUSE PLOTS AT HYDERABAD,AT RANGAREDDY DIST,I HAVE PURCHASED ONE IN THE YEAR 1977 AT HYATNAGAR,ONE IN THE YEAR I992AT L.B.NAGAR,THE OTHER ONE AT MADHAPUR IN THE YEAR 1995,AND FEW AT NADERGUL IN 2005.
KINDLY SUGGEST ME THE PROCEDURE FOR MUTATION AT THE ABOVE SAID PLACES.

You should have done the mutation when you purchased it. Now contact the concerned revenue authorities with an application for the same or you can also consult any local lawyer.

The limitation for mutation is 12 years from the date of execution of the deed of title. approach the relevant municipal authorities for that purpose.
