please suggest me as i am cheated by the mistake of computer operator for B.ed. Counseling 2011 conducted by MJP University, Barielly U.P.
Please find the enclosed file for further details of brief grievance.
Please suggest whether i can sue on Coordinator, Registrar, Vice Chancellor & Computer operator of MJP University, as instead of many request and complaints on one turn back and respond.
Please suggest. In waiting for your kind guidance.

YOU CAN BUT WOULD BE VERY TOUGH TO PROVE AS CHOICE IS PRESUMED TO HAVE BEEN MADE OR ADVISED BY CANDIDATE AND NOT BY THE COMPUTER OPERATOR.

There is no way. You do not seem to have any cause of action to initiate any legal action against the persons against whom you desire to take action, however, coordinator can be prosecuted
