The Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 - Section 5 : the bridegroom has completed the age of eighteen years and the bride the age of fifteen years at the time of the marriage.
solemnization of special marriages: the male has completed the age of twenty-one years and the female the age of eighteen years.

In India it is For Bride : 18 yrs For bridegroom : 21 yrs
Marriage Registration Under Special Marriage Act For Bride : 21 yrs For bridegroom : 21 yrs
However I am compeigning that where marriages are not arrenged by parents, the minimum age should be 25 years.

I agree with Vishal. But consummation of marriage without the consent of wife, whose age is less than 18 years amounts to offence of Rape under Indian Penal Code
